About The Position

The Director of Americas Regional Marketing will be an instrumental, high impact member of the marketing team where they will be responsible for defining, driving, and executing the overall marketing strategy and plan for the entire Americas region. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Regional Marketing, the Director will manage a team of Americas regional marketers, and serve as the primary marketing partner to the Americas Leadership team. This leader will be accountable for establishing a scalable, data-driven marketing function that accelerates Planet's growth and market penetration across key Americas territories.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with 8+ years of regional, field, events, and Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • 6+ years of Supervisory/Leadership experience
  • Expensive experience in building and executing effective regional GTM strategies
  • Track record of overachieving marketing pipeline metrics and regional targets
  • Experience leveraging AI to scale marketing reach and efficiency
  • Success in hiring, developing, and leading high-performing regional marketing teams

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all marketing pipeline metrics for the entire region
  • Define, own, and execute the comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy across key Americas markets and priority industry verticals.
  • Identify and prioritize events, campaigns, and activities that drives pipeline and deepen engagement with our top accounts
  • Develop, nurture, and grow strategic co-marketing relationships with key regional partners and customers to expand market reach and accelerate revenue.
  • Build, lead, and mentor the regional marketing team, cultivating a high-performing culture
