About The Position

The Regional Marketing Director is a field-based marketing leader responsible for driving local and regional guest acquisition, traffic, and revenue across an assigned portfolio of Topgolf venues. This position sits at the intersection of brand, data, and operations, requiring both strategic thinking and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution.

  • Experience managing CRM tools and leveraging guest segmentation to develop targeted, conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns and venue priorities across a defined territory with minimal oversight.
  • Strong community presence and relationship-building skills, with experience cultivating local partnerships, sponsorships, and media relationships.
  • A collaborative partner to operations teams, able to influence without authority and align venue teams around marketing plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
