Director, Account Management

Cymax Group TechnologiesVancouver, BC
CA$130,000 - CA$150,000Hybrid

About The Position

This is a hands-on commercial leadership role—part sales, part team management, part operator. The Director of Account Management is responsible for driving Cymax's vendor portfolio toward measurable growth: securing strong commercial outcomes, and building the kind of trusted, productive partner relationships that create lasting competitive advantage. The ideal candidate knows how to build a vendor cadence, move fast on new opportunities, and hold the details (pricing, catalog accuracy, timelines) to a high standard. They are as comfortable opening a vendor conversation as they are coaching their team through one. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Gastown headquarters in Vancouver, BC, with up to 2 days per week in-office.
