About The Position

The Direct Support Supervisor coordinates and manages program operations to ensure regulatory compliance. The role includes hiring, training, and scheduling staff; coordinating activities and appointments; and maintaining detailed records for the individuals served. The supervisor helps individuals participate in community activities, monitors safety and comfort, implements behavior plans and strategies when needed, and supports staff during emergencies.

Associate’s degree in a related field.
One year of experience in a related field.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
Medication administration certification or willingness to obtain it.

Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts when necessary.
