About The Position

The Program Supervisor supports a mission-driven organization focused on expanding access to services and improving supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role facilitates implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and handles administrative work such as hiring, training, scheduling, and staff oversight. It supervises Caregivers while also providing direct support to individuals, including help with meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. Duties are divided among direct support, program or professional activities, and supervision. The supervisor also promotes community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings and providing transportation to work or other activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and the people served.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
