About The Position

The Program Supervisor supports a mission-driven organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role facilitates implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and includes administrative responsibilities such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. The supervisor leads a team of Caregivers and provides direct support to individuals, including help with daily activities, meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. Work is divided among direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision. The position also supports community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or transporting them to work and other activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and individuals served.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
