About The Position

The Program Supervisor helps expand access to services and develop effective supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role facilitates implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and includes administrative duties such as hiring, training, scheduling, and staff oversight. The supervisor leads a team of Caregivers and divides time among direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.

Direct support includes helping individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. The supervisor also promotes community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work and other activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by the regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and individuals served.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.

Responsibilities
