About The Position

Chimes is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges in living with dignity, independence, and confidence. The role provides hands-on assistance with personal care and daily living skills, follows individualized care plans, administers medications according to policy, and uses approved behavior support techniques. DSPs help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment and encourage community participation. Some roles require travel and support between Residential and Day programs. The listed schedule is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM. Pay is $18 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and either at least 3 years of unsuspended driving history with no more than 3 points, or at least 2 years of unsuspended driving history with a clean driving record.

• Experience in disability services is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
