About The Position
Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP). The role enhances the lives of people served by SBR by supporting their personal outcomes through daily living skills, community involvement, and advocacy. The schedule is 32 hours per week: Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The position includes assisting with daily living skills and personal care, maintaining records, communicating effectively, driving safely, and working as part of a team.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Willingness to assist with daily living skills and personal care needs.
- Ability to maintain records professionally.
- Strong communication skills.
- Safe driving ability.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Physical/PPD.
- Pre-employment drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and access to a reliable car preferred.
- Autism experience.
