Direct Support Professional EH-RC
About The Position
Indera has an immediate opening every other weekend for a Direct Support Professional(s) to work in the Liverpool area with a gentleman who requires assistance due to a physical disability. The individual is looking for dedicated staff to provide him with support and assist him with maintaining his independence both at home and in community settings. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Opportunities for occasional back up and holiday coverage as needed. Flexibility to fill-in for other staff a plus. Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Effective communication and organizational skills required.
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
- Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience a plus
- Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
- Flexibility to fill-in for other staff a plus.
