About The Position
Indera (formerly ARISE/Exceptional Family Resources) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Respite in the Auburn area to a 25-year-old young adult woman with a developmental disability. Her family is looking for a dedicated, active individual to provide her with support and supervision, both at home and in the community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accompanying her during community outings, supporting her with health and safety needs, and providing transportation as needed. We are looking for an individual who is dependable, patient, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license.
- Reliable vehicle.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule.
- Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
- Technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.

- Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities.
