About The Position

Indera (formerly ARISE/Exceptional Family Resources) is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide Community Habilitation for a young adult woman with a developmental disability in the Auburn area. She enjoys a wide variety of activities. The individual is looking for a dedicated staff member to provide support while working on independent living skills and assisting her to be more involved in community activities. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
• Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
• Reliable transportation.
• HS diploma/GED.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience is a plus.
• Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities
