Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Overnight Full Time
About The Position
Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional for its Flicker Residential department in Voorhees, New Jersey. The role provides quality care to adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities. The position calls for a passionate, empathetic team member with a strong desire to support these individuals. The schedule is full-time: Thursday from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and Friday and Saturday from 8 p.m. to 10 a.m. The hourly rate is $19.06–$19.44. Bancroft describes itself as a care team of 2,700 employees working across more than 200 facilities and homes in New Jersey and Delaware. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work well in teams and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability and willingness to work weekends.
- Current driver’s license in good standing.
