About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional at Sevita, you will help people grow, learn, and live well while building meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You will support participants in becoming involved in their communities and enjoying their favorite activities, and help them work toward developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
