About The Position

Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. (SBR) is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to enhance the lives of people receiving SBR services. The DSP supports individuals in achieving personal outcomes through daily living skills, community involvement, and advocacy.

This is a full-time, 36-hour position scheduled Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Access to a reliable car.
• Physical/PPD screening.
• Pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to assist with daily living skills and personal care needs.
• Ability to maintain records professionally.
• Strong communication skills.
• Safe driving ability.
• Ability to work as a team player.
