About The Position
Full-Time Back - End Nights - Direct Support Professionals (DSP) at One Vision in Clear Lake, IA. This role utilizes a new 12-hour shift model designed for work-life balance and making a lasting impact. DSPs assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living more independently. The position involves hands-on support with daily living tasks, encouraging personal growth, supporting recreational activities, driving individuals to outings, maintaining electronic documentation, and assisting with personal finances and grocery shopping.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
- Comfortable with basic technology for documentation
- Must pass background checks and health screenings
- Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us)
