About The Position

As a Driver, you'll be responsible for safely collecting and transporting thrift products from our community partners while serving as a friendly, professional ambassador for One Vision. Every route you complete helps reduce waste, support local organizations, and keep our operations running smoothly. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Iowa driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 18 years of age
- One year of route driving or delivery experience preferred
- Warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn inventory and logistics software
- Ability to obtain and maintain OSHA forklift certification
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and move large or bulky items, including furniture
- Drive for extended periods (up to approximately seven hours per route)
- Bend, kneel, stoop, reach, walk, stand, and balance throughout the workday
- Safely operate equipment and vehicles
- Maintain the vision and hearing necessary to safely perform job duties

Responsibilities
- Safely complete scheduled pickup and delivery routes in a timely manner
- Load, secure, and transport donated merchandise, including furniture and other large items
- Build positive relationships with thrift partners by providing outstanding customer service
- Assist with route planning to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Complete vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain accurate route logs, fuel records, and transportation documentation
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient product flow
- Identify opportunities to improve routes and operational processes
- Follow all transportation, OSHA, and safety regulations
