About The Position

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Day Shift – No Experience Needed! Renewed Horizons is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our day shift. This is a perfect opportunity for early risers who love starting the day off right by making a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities in a supportive residential setting. The consistent morning schedule allows for evenings free, making it great for parents and students with evening classes. It offers purposeful work where you help individuals gain independence and confidence.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Compassionate, reliable, and a strong communicator
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• No experience? No problem! – We provide paid training
• CPR/First Aid certification – Don’t have? No problem – we can provide

• Support daily routines – hygiene, meals, medication, and light housekeeping
