About The Position

BAYADA is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate mental and behavioral health care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Openings are available in Kansas City and surrounding areas, including Liberty and Blue Springs, Missouri. Candidates must have at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The position involves working independently in clients’ homes and communities and driving clients in your own car to community activities.

Requirements

• At least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Passion for providing mental and behavioral health care to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home or community.
• Ability to drive clients in your own car to community activities.
