About The Position

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Day Shift – No Experience Needed! Renewed Horizons is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our day shift. This is a perfect opportunity for early risers who love starting the day off right by making a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities in a supportive residential setting. The day shift offers a consistent morning schedule, is great for parents and students, and provides opportunities for career growth and purposeful work. DSPs will support daily routines including hygiene, meals, medication, and light housekeeping, create a positive and engaging environment, promote independence and teach life skills, encourage social interaction and community participation, and document daily activities, progress, and behavior.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• No experience? No problem! – We provide paid training
• CPR/First Aid certification – Don’t have? No problem – we can provide
