About The Position

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) performs supervised tasks related to delivering health and personal care, therapeutic, behavioral, recreational, and leisure activities for adults in Taylor Made Living (TML). The role contributes to each individual's Individual Service Plan (ISP), positive behavior support (PBS) plan, and individual-specific plans.

The position is part-time in Fargo, North Dakota, with a choice of two every-other-weekend schedules: Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., or Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. The schedule is up to 15 hours per week. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• DD modules completed or ability to complete them.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to learn and perform personal care, education, and therapeutic programs.
• Ability to learn and comprehend medical terminology.
• One year of experience working in the developmental disabilities field.
