About The Position

Dungarvin is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Janesville, Wisconsin. DSPs support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs, to live as independently and fulfillingly as possible. The work includes assisting with daily living activities and personal care, helping individuals develop skills and pursue personal goals, supporting community activities and appointments, and fostering independence, choice, meaningful connections, and a positive environment. The role offers opportunities to build professional skills and explore career growth while working with a team committed to respectful, inclusive, person-centered support.

Dungarvin is hosting an in-person hiring event on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 111 N Main St, Janesville, WI 53545. Interested candidates may also apply online if they cannot attend. The stated pay is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, as required for DSP positions.
