About The Position

We are hiring DSPs who are professional, energetic, and nurturing. You will provide hands-on support to individuals as they work on daily activities and long-term goals. This includes activities such as art projects, meal preparation, enhancing social skills, providing companionship, and more.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to drive company vehicles.
• Pass a fingerprint criminal background check.
• Pass a child abuse and neglect check.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Provide an original document showing high school completion or high school equivalency (e.g., High school diploma, GED certificate, college transcript).
• Provide proof of residency for the past 2 years.
• Provide current & original documents that verify identity & ability to legally work in the United States.
• Provide two verifiable employment references within the last 3 years.
• Provide proof of valid driver's license at the time of interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to individuals as they work on daily activities and long-term goals.
• Assist with activities such as art projects, meal preparation, enhancing social skills, and providing companionship.
