About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with four points or fewer.
• Valid auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Desire to make a difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care and support in residential homes and day programs.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication management, cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
• Support individuals with daily routines and attendance at medical appointments.
• Promote growth, independence, and self-determination in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
• Plan and participate in activities, outings, and events that enhance quality of life.
• Build supportive relationships that promote social and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Work alongside individuals to complete tasks and build independence.
