About The Position

Saint Joe’s is seeking caring and dependable Direct Support Professionals for its Sharonville Day Program in Sharonville, Ohio. The role provides compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping create a safe, engaging, and empowering environment. The position has a stable weekday schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points.
• Current car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, grooming assistance, and mobility support.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with participants.
• Lead and assist with sensory, recreational, and social activities.
• Ensure participants’ safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.
• Accurately document daily care and participant progress.
