About The Position

LADACIN Network is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals for its Residential Services team. These part-time, weekend-only positions are available on all shifts and provide direct care and support to adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities who live in group homes throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Direct Support Professionals assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion in a safe, supportive environment. Training is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to drive agency vehicles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Training is provided.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living based on their individual needs.
• Promote independence, community inclusion, and person-centered care.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
