Direct Support Professional (DSP) - 2nd Shift Full-Time
About The Position
We are Hiring: Direct Support Professionals. This is a Full-Time position with a schedule of Wednesday 2pm-11pm, Thursday and Friday 3pm-11pm, and Saturday 9am-11pm. The hourly rate is $19.06-$19.44/hr. This role is located in Cherry Hill, NJ, within the Adult Residential North program. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life. Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation. We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
Requirements
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
