About The Position

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports people in achieving personal goals, making choices, and living as independently as possible. The role includes helping with daily activities, encouraging community involvement, and maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment. The position is available in Orchard Park, NY, and surrounding areas, with full-time and part-time shifts offered for days, evenings, and overnights. Pay is $19.00 per hour, increasing to $20 per hour after successful completion of a six-month probationary period.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license that meets agency policy.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities
