About The Position

Branches Residential Services is a locally owned and operated company that supports individuals with disabilities in their homes and throughout the community. The role provides person-centered care and meaningful support to help individuals thrive. Responsibilities may vary by homesite. Open shifts are 9 PM to 9 AM Friday through Sunday. Starting wage is $15.00 per hour, with a training wage of $15.50 per hour. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Indiana driver’s license.
Reliable transportation.
Active auto insurance and current vehicle registration.
Clean criminal history and driving record.
Strong communication skills.
Dependability, compassion, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care support.
Complete and maintain accurate daily documentation and reports.
Provide transportation to work, community activities, and medical appointments as needed.
Support individuals in learning about and preparing healthy meal options that encourage overall wellness.
Adapt to changing situations, individual needs, and daily routines.
Participate in required meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
