About The Position

Join a compassionate, mission-driven team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), helping people pursue personal goals, make choices, and live as independently as possible. The role supports people with daily activities, encourages community involvement, and helps maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Paid training is provided, and prior experience is not required. The position is available in Brockport, NY, and surrounding areas, with full-time and part-time shifts available during the day, evening, and overnight. Pay is $19.00 per hour, increasing to $20 per hour after successful completion of a six-month probationary period.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license that meets agency policy.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
