About The Position

The Direct Support Professional is a member of the Hope Network team who provides compassionate, person-centered support and supervision to individuals receiving services in residential and rehabilitation programs. DSPs help people develop daily living skills, achieve personal goals, maintain health and safety, and participate in their communities while promoting dignity, independence, and choice. This position is in Grandville, Michigan, on the second shift for eight hours. The role includes scheduled shifts that may include weekends.

Valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
Ability to pass required background checks.
