About The Position
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive in their community. You provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development. The role is based in Coopersville, Michigan, with second- and third-shift openings. Hope Network describes the role as an opportunity to provide consistent encouragement and support while working with a collaborative team committed to the people it serves. The work varies day to day and is focused on helping individuals build independence and participate meaningfully in their communities.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprinting.
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

- Person-centered mindset that respects individual differences.
