About The Position

Hope Network is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Coopersville, Michigan. The DSP provides compassionate, person-centered support to help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive in their community. Support includes daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development. The role involves helping individuals with personal care and medications, supporting community outings and transportation, encouraging independence, and maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprinting.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

• Person-centered mindset and respect for individual differences.
