Requirements
- 2 years of caregiving experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license and a dependable, patient attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with physical transfers/ADLs.
- Ability to pass a background check/drug screening and maintain professional boundaries.
- Simple computer skills and great time management.
Responsibilities
- Support adults with disabilities in mastering daily living skills like dressing, dining, and personal care.
- Participate in fun community outings and activities alongside your clients.
- Monitor health needs and provide respectful, direct supervision to ensure everyone stays safe and thrives.
- Keep track of client milestones and help them reach their personal goals.
