About The Position

Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver in McCook, NE. Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life. As a DSP you will assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a home environment and in community settings.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass all background checks.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to change.
- Know the value of communication.
- Desire to support people and encourage them to reach goals.
- Understand the importance of documentation.
Nice To Haves

- Current CNA license
