About The Position
Brightway Living and Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide individualized support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, fostering independence, promoting well-being, and helping individuals connect with their communities. The position offers a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. A valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living and Learning Transportation Orientation is required. New hires not meeting these criteria will receive a lower starting rate.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support with personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and community outings.

- Collaborate effectively with a supportive team of DSPs, supervisors, and families.
