About The Position

Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals for its Adult Residential North program in Camden and Burlington Counties. In community-based residences serving people with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities, DSPs help residents build independence and reach their potential. The role offers opportunities to learn new skills and grow professionally. Evening and overnight shifts are available, with full-time and part-time schedules.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends.
