About The Position

Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals for its Adult Residential North program in Camden and Burlington Counties. In community-based residences, DSPs support adults with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them develop independence, reach their potential, and live their best lives. The role offers opportunities to learn new skills, grow professionally, and make a meaningful difference. Various schedules and shifts are available, including evenings and overnights.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends.
