The trainer will assist with money management, maintain professional relationships with individuals and their families, report any instances of alleged abuse or neglect, and ensure individuals' rights are respected. Healthcare responsibilities include accompanying individuals to medical appointments, administering and documenting medications if assigned, monitoring health, and following healthcare directives. Maintenance duties involve transporting individuals, performing housekeeping, monitoring environmental safety, and performing minor repairs. The role may also require yard maintenance and snow removal. Employees may use personal cell phones for business purposes and will receive a stipend.
