About The Position

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support people as they learn and develop daily living skills and participate in life activities, with the goal of living as independently as possible. The role involves helping people identify and work toward meaningful goals, monitoring their comfort and safety, and ensuring their medical, nutritional, and personal care needs are met. It also includes providing emotional support and assisting with housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry. No prior experience is needed; thorough training is provided. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid U.S. driver's license is required where applicable. Starting wage is $20.16. Daily Pay is available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid U.S. driver's license where applicable.
Ability to perform the physical activities and lifting, pushing, pulling, and transfer tasks described in the posting.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Time management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
