About The Position

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support and guide people as they learn and develop daily living skills and participate in activities that help them live as independently as possible. The role involves helping people identify and pursue personal goals, supporting their learning and growth, and ensuring their comfort, safety, and care needs are met. It also includes providing emotional support and assisting with housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry. No experience is needed; thorough training is provided. Starting wage is $20.16. Daily Pay is offered as a convenient way to access pay each day.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid U.S. driver's license required, where applicable.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Effective, clear written and verbal communication.
Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about timelines, challenges, and questions.
Punctuality and a commitment to meeting or exceeding expectations.
Passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.
