Vintage Home is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & Marketer to join their dynamic team in NYC. This role is pivotal in driving the brand's digital presence and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate is confident using an iPhone for content creation, understands how to capture user attention, and knows how to translate views into brand growth.

Requirements

Highly creative individual with a sharp, artistic eye for detail and aesthetics.
Complete confidence behind an iPhone, utilizing advanced camera features and mobile lighting.
Expert-level proficiency in mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Splice, or Premiere Rush).
Proven track record of creating short-form videos that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and organize raw assets.
Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, audio trends, and community management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on witty or engaging copy.
1-2 years of experience in short-form video creation (TikTok/Reels) (Required)
1-2 years of experience in mobile video editing (Required)

Responsibilities

Shoot high-quality, engaging vertical video content daily using an iPhone.
Edit fast-paced, native-feeling short-form videos optimized for modern audiences.
Create, post, and optimize Reels and TikToks that perform and drive engagement.
Support and execute the content calendar, understanding how high-level strategy drives creative output.
Ensure all visual assets align with core brand guidelines and aesthetic identity.
Monitor TikTok, Reels, and social trends daily to swiftly pivot and capitalize on viral moments.
Utilize analytics tools to track video performance metrics and report on audience growth.
Work closely with sales and product teams to turn business goals into creative campaigns.
