About The Position

We’re looking for a passionate and tenacious marketer to join our growing team as a Social Media Content Creator. In this role, you must be a strong designer, writer and storyteller who can capture a client’s voice and visual identity. You should understand how the content you produce fits into a larger marketing plan. At KWSM, you will be part of a driven, hard-working team, while enjoying the balance of a hybrid schedule and every other Friday off. As a successful member of our team, you will be the strategic architect and executor of comprehensive social media strategies, a proactive creator, able to adhere to client style and brand identity guidelines, a strong problem solver, focused on results and quality control, a team player who leads through knowledge and consistent skills development, and able to meet internal and client deadlines without fail. You must have a marketing, graphic design or journalism degree, or equivalent work experience, possess a strong visual aesthetic, and be comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator and the major social media channels. At KWSM, you’ll be given the freedom to make a difference for our clients and share your ideas and expertise. You’ll work independently and have responsibility for your client work, but will be supported by teammates who have your back and want you to succeed.

Requirements

• Marketing, graphic design or journalism degree, or equivalent work experience
• Strong visual aesthetic
• Comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator and the major social media channels
• At least two years of experience, preferably within an agency
• Confident self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Possess the ability to work independently
• Able to juggle multiple priorities and not miss any details
