About The Position

We’re looking for a passionate and tenacious marketer to join our growing team as a Social Media Content Creator. Are you a confident self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love systems and processes and possess the ability to work independently? Can you juggle multiple priorities and not miss any details? In this role, you must be a strong designer, writer and storyteller who can capture a client’s voice and visual identity. You should understand how the content you produce fits into a larger marketing plan. At KWSM, you will be part of a driven, hard-working team, while enjoying the balance of a hybrid schedule and every other Friday off. Requirements

• A marketing, graphic design or journalism degree, or equivalent work experience
• Possess a strong visual aesthetic
• Be comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator and the major social media channels
• At least two years of experience is required, preferably within an agency
