About The Position

The Direct Labor Recruiter is responsible for a variety of direct labor recruitment activities to ensure the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable. The role prepares recruitment materials, screens and interviews candidates, coordinates with hiring managers and agencies, communicates with applicants, recommends qualified candidates, supports offer preparation, and represents the organization at recruitment events.

Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of Human Resources or related experience.
A minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience.
Advanced experience and skills associated with performing assigned HR functions.
Advanced or thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.

Responsibilities

Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, agency specifications, job descriptions, and other recruitment materials in accordance with organizational standards and business needs.
Screen and shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Respond to candidates’, hiring managers’, and agencies’ enquiries about recruitment activities and vacancy status while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
Contact candidates, arrange interview times, and develop interview questions in collaboration with hiring managers.
Interview candidates, check references, and recommend the most qualified candidates.
Provide unsuccessful candidates with feedback based on pre-established selection criteria and recruitment policies.
Prepare job offer materials in accordance with agreed job specifications.
Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues.
