About The Position

Provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care to individuals who need additional support. Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while offering consistent, thoughtful support to clients and their families. In-home caregiving assignments are available, with flexible schedules and shifts. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• A strong desire to help and support others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to care.
• Dependable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Reliable, dependable, kind, compassionate, trustworthy, responsible, professional, and respectful qualities.

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist clients with mobility and movement within the home.
• Support clients’ personal care and hygiene needs.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals.
• Complete light housekeeping duties.
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with daily household routines and activities.
