Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor client health status.
• Assist with housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as necessary.
• Document care provided accurately and communicate changes in client condition to supervisors.
