About The Position

ComForCare is seeking reliable, caring individuals to provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for clients who need extra support. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while providing consistent, thoughtful support to clients and their families. Assignments are in clients’ homes, with local assignments available when possible. Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided, and the employer states that caregivers receive ongoing training, are supported in the field, and are thoughtfully matched with compatible clients.

This role offers full-time and part-time positions, flexible schedules and shifts, and opportunities to start quickly. The position is with an independently owned and operated ComForCare franchisee, which is a separate employer responsible for employment decisions.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong desire to help and support others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to care.
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Must be able to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist clients with mobility and movement within the home.
• Support clients’ personal care and hygiene needs.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals.
