About The Position

Sevita is hiring Direct Care Staff to support people with developmental goals and help them live fulfilling lives. The role involves building meaningful relationships, supporting participation in community and favorite activities, and assisting with goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Staff also assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs. Full-time and part-time positions are available, paying $17.85 per hour.

Requirements

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
