About The Position

Sevita is hiring a Direct Care Staff member to support people with developmental goals and help them grow, learn, and live well. The role involves building meaningful relationships, helping participants take part in their communities and enjoy favorite activities, and supporting goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Staff also assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Requirements

• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities
